Shivraj Singh is a seasoned Insurance Executive with over three decades of distinguished leadership experience in Guyana’s insurance sector. Appointed as the General Manager of Frandec & Company (Insurance) Inc. in 2025, Mr. Singh steers the company’s strategic vision and oversees its daily operations. His leadership focuses on driving sustainable growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and cultivating deep customer loyalty.

Before joining Frandec, Mr. Singh built a robust professional foundation serving in various key management capacities at NALICO/NAFICO. He is a Past President of the Insurance Institute of Guyana and has contributed significantly to industry development through his service in various roles with the Insurance Association of Guyana and the Association of Insurance Institutes of the Caribbean.
