Since joining the Hand-in-Hand Group in 2001, Mr. Ronald Stanley has built a distinguished career marked by steady advancement from a clerical role to senior leadership. He has served with distinction in various executive and strategic leadership roles, including Internal Auditor in Internal Audit, Chairperson of the Motor Committee in Motor Operations, Projects Director and Business Analyst. He also serves as the Company Secretary for the Rupununi Development Company Ltd.

Mr. Stanley serves as a Director on several boards within the Group. He holds a master’s degree from the University of London, is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter.
