Mr. Paul Stanislaus Braam holds the position of Legal and Compliance Officer of the Hand-in-Hand Group of Companies and was appointed the Ombudsman/Complaints Officer in July 2019.
Mr. Braam deals with all legal matters for the company and is a trained Lawyer and Court Mediator. He can be reached on Telephone numbers 592 227 8495 or 592 227 0038 between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm. If direct contact is not made, then a message can be left with anyone of his assistants at the same numbers, stating the Complainant’s name, address and contact numbers. A call will be returned to you to advice you of the steps to take to submit a complaint.
Functions of Ombudsman/Complaints Officer;
- To investigate and respond to all customers’ complaints.
- To prepare detailed summaries of complaints and resolutions.
- To identify complaint trends and advise on action to be taken to correct such trends, as seen fit.
- To provide reports to the regulatory body as requested in respect of complaints and customer feedback.
- To ensure that every complaint and their outcomes are brought to the attention of Senior Management.
