The Hand-in-Hand Mutual Fire Insurance Company Ltd, Guyana’s longest established property insurer, facilitated a Personal and Professional Development workshop on Saturday 23rd April 2022 at the Company’s Head Office. Members of staff, particularly supervisors and agents, were equipped with the necessary tools to identify motivational factors, goal setting techniques, and application of key concepts in the sales process.
The workshop was presented by Mr. Stephen Patterson, Principal Consultant of SAP & Associates; and was well received by participants. Hand-in-Hand is committed to support the development of its employees and values the contribution of each team member.
