Mr. Omadatt Singh started his career in 1996 at Hand-in-Hand in the Finance Department. In 2004, he established and headed the Internal Audit Department. He served as Broker’s Manager and was in charge of our Motor Operations between 2010 and 2013. In August 2013, he was appointed as the Life Manager. Mr. Singh has a wealth of knowledge in finance, investment and insurance. Mr. Singh also served as a member of the Technical Committee of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants of Guyana.

Mr. Paul Stanislaus Braam is an Attorney-at-Law, who immediately prior to joining the Hand-in-Hand Group of Companies as the Legal and Compliance Officer, was the founding Managing Attorney of BV Law Inc. Mr. Braam’s practice as an Attorney-at-Law primarily focused on general non-contentious matters, including but not limited to Corporate, Civil, Family, Conveyancing and Estate Administration. He is the holder of a Bachelor of Law Degree (LL.B) and Post Graduate Certificate in Legal Education (L.E.C.) from the Council of Legal Education, Hugh Wooding Law School. He is also the recipient of a Diploma in Industrial Relations & Management and a Certified Court Appointed Mediator.
Mr. Braam is currently pursuing studies for admission to the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS) and continuing studies in pursuance of a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership.
He is currently admitted to practice both in Guyana and Trinidad & Tobago but is qualified to practice as an Attorney-at-Law in the wider Caribbean community. Prior to qualifying as an Attorney-at-Law, Mr. Braam served in various companies in different management capacities and also as Company Secretary and Director. Mr. Braam currently heads the Legal and Corporate Department of the Hand-in-Hand Group of Companies in the capacity of Legal and Compliance Officer. He is also the appointed and designated Ombudsman/Complaints Officer of the Group.
