    a. Hand-in-Hand Mutual Fire Insurance – for Fire Insurance renewals
    b. Hand-in-Hand Mutual Motor Insurance – for Motor Insurance renewals
    c. Hand-in-Hand Mutual Life Assurance – for Life Insurance renewals
  5. Select “Add Relationship”, input the relevant “Payment Information” in the form then select “Add Relationship” again.
  6. To renew your insurance policy, click “Bill Payment” then select the Hand-in-Hand relationship that you just created.
  7. Fill in the relevant payment details then select “Make Payment” to complete your renewal.

  1. Sign in to your GBTI GO Banking Account.
  2. Select “Card / Bill Payments" from the main menu, click 'Quick Payment', then select 'Insurance' under category and 'Hand in Hand' under biller name.
  3. Enter your Hand in Hand policy number and customer name, select the account you are paying from, enter the amount to be paid (premium) and click submit.
  4. Subsequently, you will be asked to confirm the payment, click 'Confirm' to process the transaction.
